Gouldian Ear issue

Hi All,
Saw one of my young blue Gouldians today with something pushing out under its feather on side of its head. I have two young ones that I've been keeping an eye on as they have never looked great, Sleep a lot and fluffed up etc they are about 3 weeks out of the nest. I had a test done by a Vet who found Coccidia in a fecal float. I've treated with Baycox as recommend and further testing showed greatly reduced amount. They are getting tested again in few days, no worms found as well.
Today I noticed something new and saw what i thought might be a tick coming out of ones ear, but on closer inspection it seems to be soft tissue bags coming out both ears. I checked other baby and his ears are fine, no sign. This guy can still fly find and was a bugger to catch but still looks unwell.
