GOULDIANS IN THEIR FIRST MOULT
Posted: 04 Nov 2014, 18:53
I just love this time of year when your young gouldians are coming into full color. I love my mutations (blues, dilutes, AYB, etc, etc) but I just love this time of the year when those young red headed green backs have just come out of their first moult and are singing their heads of. Yes I still have plenty of birds looking scruffy as they are half way through their moult, but those young who color up early are the ones I hold on to.
It would be good to hear how other breeders birds are coloring up.
Cheers
