Ant problem in the fly breeding Box

Hi, Finally I have my fly breeding box . I put some Maggot to start but the problem is 100s of ant attack the breeding box and killed most of the Maggot. please tell me how can I stop ant..I can not spray as that may kill all Maggot.

That's annoying.
Spray Coopex or similar all around the perimeter of the box. I have Coopex mixed up in a spray bottle all the time for just such issues.

If your flybox has legs, then put the legs in containers of water and keep the water up. Have seen this done successfully.
