Have never seen anything like this before thoughts? cull breed??
The fact that the head has a lot of black on is frequently refered to as a "dirty red" not generally popular. But he does seem to have quite a lot of blue ring round the head which is desirable with many. Can;t see the back to tell if he is light or dark green, but i would expect dark. It depends on what you prefer and what the rest of the bird looks like. Is he a vital and energetic bird? Does he have more factors you like than ones you don't? These are what you need to consider.
