In the last FSA magazine was an ad for 2 books available from the above assoc, IS IT SAFE the bird-keepers guide to safe and poisonous plants and WHAT SEEDING GRASS IS THAT the pictorial guide to seeding grasses. I received mine earlier in the week and took the IS IT SAFE with me to a nursery today and doesnt it make it easy to pick out the plants you want when you can see colour photos of the plants that are safe and unsafe. I would highly recommend the booklets to anyone who is interested in what is safe and unsafe for your aviary.
