Can anybody tell me how I can sprout seeds properly thanks

the method I use is to soak the seed at a ratio of 1kg seed = 1 level Tbl spoon of VirkonS. submerge for 2 hours then drain and stand until it just starts to sprout. The time it takes to sprout is dependent on temperature. I then mix it with a vitamin mineral supplement and freeze it until needed. Hope this helps mate :thumbup:
