Hello everyone,
I bring you a video of a very interesting product .
It is 100 % natural and is used to disinfect the aviary.
Killing mites, lice , moths , ...
It also serves to clear the airways and bronchi of our birds , to prevent respiratory diseases.

Aviario, have you used this product? If i wasn't scared to use it it would work perfectly in my smaller aviaries but i think i would take the pair of finches out first. Is it available in Aus if not would we be able to import it? Craig

Thank you Aviario, the product seems to be a residual insect toxin by smoke, i use a product called Coopex which is mixed with water and sprayed in and around the aviary in a fine mist which is similar to the smoke and also non toxic to birds and also residual for some months. I think i will stick with this product so thanks for the share.

Agree Gomer but what gets me it continually refers to pigeons.
Not being a vet would be a bit dubious.

Yes but we already use sheep, horse, pig and chook products currently on our birds. Because the money is in those animals and that is where the research has been targeted. Anything else is off label and not covered. Also many of these products would be harder for big companys to test on finches. Lets face it who is going to put up a thousand test subjects (finches) to see what happens. Where are you going to find them ? The numbers just dont add up.
Food for thought any way. Thanks for sharing.

Tend to agree gomer. The other thing that worries me regarding that product is carbon monoxide, let's face it where there's smoke there's fire and this product is lit by a cigarette lighter to cause smoke. (hope that makes sense

Did a order the other day and found this. So these types of products are readily available here already.
