Hopefully it is not the dreaded blue gouldian disease that was around years ago. Is the vent wet? It usually starts off with rubbing the eyes on the perch, wet vent and a few days later dead but does not effect split for blue
You could try painting moxi around the effected area if it is scaley mite and if that doesn't work get a antibiotic conjunctivitis cream. Good luck Craig

If it's conjunctivitis then it's bacterial and will need antibiotics. I've used Vetafarm Triple C with success for similar looking eye issues in the past. Triple C is available widely, including most pet shops.

Best of luck. Not easy to bring blue Gouldians back after illness.

As mentioned try Tripple C and if you go using creams keep it clear of its nostrils.

Fingers crossed and good luck,
Rich.
