Hi everyone,not sure if I'm at the right place to post this or not,but got question about my mule cross goldfinch and canary.
i bought this bird 2 months ago,I've been told its male,its this year breed,ut its not whistling yet. Not sure about mules when they start whistling.And how can i check if its male or female.just started to getting red head.Any help would be great.

I have had this particular hybrid. Beautiful singers. Usually start to sing almost as soon as the canarys do. But if you want to jolly him/her along try a little canola in the mix if you don't currently have it.
