Hi, i find losts of this grass im my backyard, do you know if is safe for my finches? I have Firetails, Masks and Double bars.

This photo looks like Digitaria Sanguinalis (Summer or Crab Grass?) - sometimes the foliage may look purplish in colour - introduced weed in Australia from the Mediterranean.

So long as the grass has not been sprayed with a poison / herbicides it should be OK. The finches you have will enjoy eating your home grown grass seeds and will use the stems as a nesting material.

Summer Grass is excellent green seed heads for finches - one of the very best IMO.
