I am surrounded by acres of seeding grasses at the moment and my birds get large armfuls every day ,the africian finches ,goldfinches,and nunns all have their favourites well and good but I have no idea what the various grasses are .Could someone recommend a book on the grasses their names and photos etc many thanks. By the way my birds love garlic flowers.

Hi, The South Australian Aviculture Society have a booklet called, "What Grass is That?" According to their website it contains 60 seeding grass species, one per page in full colour. Priced at $9.50.
