Thanks for that. Looks like it is gleaning insects from under the leaves - maybe aphid, white fly or similar.

I have another one somewhere. a trio of them along the same walkway. when I find I will load it up.

Looks like it could be either Mealybug, free-living Psyllids, or a soft scale by the white waxy coatings
