Can somebody guide me please. Is there any other grass that I can use for the gouldians to use for nesting. I have used teff grass in the past and cannot seem to get it.

I use a mix of couch, and the leaf section of the seeding grasses that I feed them. It seems to work.

They aren't fussy at all & will use whatever is available to them within reason. Any grass which you have locally of useful size. Even just the seed heads once they have eaten the seed is fine.

I use local grasses but this season I also added some straw from the kids rabbit supplies and they built some big nests

Mine aren't fussy either. Anything they can get their beaks on. I also use hemp/sacking pulled apart.

Being unfamiliar with Teff grass thought initially it was a typo.
Is that a local grass to you?
Do you use the seed head and the leaf blades?
