Hi Team,

I'm currently in the process of moving around the inhabitants of some of my aviaries and needed some advice. I recently had some Blue faced parrotfinches fledge and was wandering would it be ok to move them into another aviary with their parents at that age?

Cheers
Lachlan

Do you have a cabinet cage that you could use as a temporary measure . . ??

I think that would work

I have a mixed aviary and moved twice Painteds with fledlings into a breeding cage. Kept them in there until young started to eat by themselves, than let parents free and kept young until fully coloured and sold. Even I had to scoop up badly formed nest and put in the breeding cage. Reason I do it as it is easier to catch young birds.
