Found these droppings in an aviary with 1 pair cordons and 1 pair silver king quails. Never seen them so big. Is this normal or could it be some other animal getting in? They're as round as my thumb.King quail large droppings

Yep that must be it then. The turds did appear after the hen started sitting. Big bombs alright. Must have been a mega explosion. ThanksTiaris wrote:Are the quail incubating? Most birds "save it up" whilst incubating so you get extra big bombs then.

Your King quail must be crossed with an emu, lol, I agree that they would be sitting, I have seen that before.
