Is anyone able to help me please I'm looking at buying a few gouldians from Perth but need to have them freighted to Sydney does anyone know any places that freight etc and how can. I go about arranging freight lease and thankyou

You need to ring the airway directly,Qantas or Virgin.And they will direct you on how to go about it.

Put "airfreighting birds" or similar, into 'Search'

The 'Search' function is much underused . .

If you have a question it is very likely that others have had a similar one answered in the past

If you can't find it in 'search' then by all means post it in "General Questions" . .

I do it routinely. Qantas air freight is the only option for us.

We are having a Zebra Finch show in Mandurah WA next weekend and the 5 clubs coming over are using Qantas and Virgin. Last year to get birds back from Bathurst after the show we used Jet Pets. The birds flew with Qantas but cheaper than Qantas direct.
The box weight and size are important to save costs but welfare issues have some impact on this as well.
