when is it safe for a pair to breed again after they
raise a clutch????

most breeders who use cages seem to allow their birds to have three clutches or attempts per year.
were the 3 part actually comes from I dont know.
some birds will start to lay eggs again as soon as the previous young have fledged (left the nest).

When they are ready,aslong as the birds are in good condition.
