How is everyone going with these? I am still producing small numbers consistently. I find that the red intensifies in colour and may even spread a little on the birds as they age. So my original Dad's still look great. Having some reasonable young cocks show up, but still finding more reasonable hens than cocks. And finally had a young hen turn up out of splits. Still can't seem to get the red all the way down the front of the body but. The "red charcols" are still red top, chestnut bottom.

Ive got a few full red front fronts but most are similar to what you describe. Ill post some pics soon.
