If anyone has an answer, I am also interested in the ring size needed for OBs & Ruddies.

I've ordered from
here before. They arrived quickly and were of good quality, but perhaps a little on the expensive side.

BirdBands.com Agree with ShaneG on these ones. Website is easy to use.
And they have a sizing guide
Size chart
Avain ID is/was A C Hughes. Top quality rings. This is an international site. A C Hughes rings have previously been retailed in Australia by Allan Tully.
Size guide
Chapman Rings I like the plastic split bands from here. Slightly larger in size to comparable products.
Red Bird Products Inc International site. Good split plastic rings. Reasonable shipping costs.
Lentradirect Good to deal with. Tried two different split plastic rings from here, not near as good as others noted above. Both rings I tried from here were carded type which need to be broken away.
Good comparison chart from BirdBands.com
