HEY GANG!,
My name is Yassica & I have recently fallen for the wonderful creatures.
My partner, Lachlan1, introduced me to finches last year & I fell fast.
We both currently have 5 aviaries & 9 variations of finches, most of which are breeding.
The reason I only just signed up to this page is because of recent events (aka we have new finches we don't know much on for a challenge!).
We have a finch page on instagram with photos, videos & advice toward these little beauties & also recently attended the Orange Bird Sale (where we purchased said new finches aka Green Winged Pytilias & Long Tails)
My goal here is to expand my knowledge on finches as well as share what I know through this forum, our instagram page & meeting you through sales, talks & videos. I am super excited to read through the topics available as well as start my own.

Welcome to the forum. My parents did a similar thing, Dad was a bird nut and Mum caught him and the bird bug. A shared hobby is a joy.

Hey guys, thanks for the welcome!Super keen to share some knowledge as well as learn something new And I agree, It's easy for the bird nuts to pass on the passion/interest. Definitely something I wont let go of anytime soon.
