Does anyone know if magnolia trees are safe for finches? I know someone who plans to place an aviary over one and he wasn't sure.
A few of the parrot websites list them as bird-safe, so I'm leaning towards them being okay.

I’m pretty sure they are. I had a few in my Aviary for some time and the Finches were perfectly fine.

They certainly aren’t from a human perspective.
Depending on the age of the tree, it will most likely suffer from the lack of light unless it’s an open mesh roof aviary.
It would be a pity to lose such an elegant tree .
