How's everyone going with their birds lately?
I've got plenty of young Silverbills and Gouldians, plus more Quails. I'm also starting to breed Show Zebs as a new project.
Also, as another project, I've been working on a finch database website ( finchdatabase.org ), compiling links to finch articles from across the web and breeder articles. Not a lot of it is finished however I'll keep working on it. If anyone's got any articles please PM me.
Thanks,
Aidan

Only birds doing anything at my place are the Zebs - haveing some success with the Charcols.
Meanwhile at Mum's a nest of 5 x BH PB GB/b? have come out. Yes breeding split blue to split blue is a waste of time. But when the blues die and that is all you have left in the avairy, it happens. Mum's budgies are at the 16 chicks and 27 eggs, between 17 boxed pairs, stage. The usuall slow start to the budgie breeding season.

Plenty of Black rumped double bars out here, White bellied munias have been building again as well as the red faced pytillias, Aberdeens have been pretty secretive too. Couple Bourkes in the nest and I’m getting ready to set up the turqs and my new mutation stars
