Hi everyone and hope everyone is doing good in these crazy times. My gouldians babies has fleaged two days ago and there all very healthy. Only thing I haven't seen with my other gouldian babies is that these 4 babies keep going back to the nest box at night . I've never seen that before with my other babies. I thought once they fleage they don't go back in the nest box . It's been three days now and they keep going in before the sun goes down .

your right they usually dont,maybe the hen has already laid her next clutch and their following her,i would check to make sure,cheers garyh

Definately not normal, but will help to keep them warm for longer. So could be good.

Don't worry about it. If anything it will increase their chance of survival, as mentioned by Finchbreeder, it will help keep them warmer overnight.
