Hi
I've had a couple of unusual looking zebs appear in my aviary and wonder if anyone can comment or identify.
Sorry if the pics aren't good.
Thank you
Peter

Not sure - but Craig could be right. Either way I like them and would definately be breeding them.

Thank you
They should be fawn charcoals but the big unusual spots on the flanks, white spots on the tails, bars on its neck.
Here is one a bit older but no spots on the flanks.
Thanks
Peter

OK, should be not hard to check, use a grey hen, (just need one with nothing hidden)
Dominant black face, recessive Charcoal and fawn. Should produce 50:50 normal grey to black face. yes?
With all sorts of splits.
Thanks, will see what happens.
Regards

I would find birds like this useful for red breeding.

Just an observation on what these birds are desirable for.
I know the problem, as my Brother is in a "wrong postcode" in Melbourne. Can't go out his front gate without producing an "essential services" letter.
Oh so grateful that I live in rural W.A. but have family in Melbourne, Brisbane and London to worry about.
