Parsons are a colony breeder and do best in groups of 10 or more. Have lots of nests, feed them a good seed diet, add plenty of green grass seeds, and they do the rest. Make sure they have clean water, cuttlebone and mineral grit too. And you can add some egg biscuit mix if you like. For best results make your own egg biscuit mix.
Have lots of nest at the same height and have them a couple of feet apart. They should breed readily for you.

Plant some of your birdseed in pots and water. When seeding put pots in avairy, have a few pots so you can rotate them.
