Went to the bird show that was meant to be held today at keon park Melbourne, many people standing Around all confused that there was nothing going on, drove around for an hour trying to find where it was and later found out it was canceled. What a waste of time

One would expect - at the very least - a big sign at the venue.

If that was ASA Melbourne i'm sure it was cancelled to a future date to be confirmed this year. But i agree there should of been a sign for non members at the venue.

So many things are being cancelled or postponed in these Covid times that I understand this happening. But the big sign and best efforts to advise as many people as possible are also the way to go. We just had Footys Western Derby situation change at short notice - but notice there was.

The postponement of the sale was highlighted in the April A.S.A magazine which was out several weeks ago.

Also on the VAC website as date TBA.

A number of Vic Clubs have either cancelled or rescheduled sales already that I normally attend.

In the current climate it pays to double check
