Hi I have one hen pied red faced parrot finch she has breed and I have kept young. I would like to know as I want to make pied pairs is it possible to make unrelated pairs by keeping hens and say adding new blood males and keep breeding until they are so distantly related to the original that they could breed without any issues ? Or I am better off finding someone else who breeds them. Kind regards Gympie birds

Find someone else who breeds them. You each keep your own hens and swap your males. That way you both have unrelated pairs. Win Win.
