Hi everyone,
Does anyone know if you can have one male canary and two hens as a 3 bird pair?
Could the male service multiple hens ?
Thanks kind regards Gympie birds

The short answer is yes. Most male canaries are fine with 2 hens. It's once you give them 3 they fail to keep up. Which is why mine need rearranging in the next couple of weeks. So nobody has more than 2 wives.

Good to know I will have to move a hen over to one of the males. Thanks for the reply. Kind regards Gympie birds
