A mate of mine was wondering if Lily Pily is safe in a mixed finch aviary?

Yes it would be fine, as it's an Australian native shrub/tree it's safe :)

Sure is just be sure it is Lilly Pilly ....had a neighbour who gave a branch of what she thought was L/P but turned out to be something else with diar consequences.............

as the others have said it is safe. have one in my aviary and the birds are always in it, they seem to enjoy nibbling at any new shoots also.
