Was awesome , plenty of finches on sale . Got a bargain on a pair of Longtails $40.00 a pair and a pair of Turk parrots $50.00 a pair ( GAWJUS GAWJUS GAWJUS both pairs ) .
Super big bag of millet $13.00 and even managed a few pics , it was crowded as and Im not a crowd person so heres my effort and some prices ......



the above longtails are the ones I bought...

but wait theres more....

So in one of the above pics of the white breasted Gouldian pair which I was interested in ......was I right not buying them ??? Isnt the rule of thumb red head to red head , black to black ????? These pair had 1 red head and 1 black head which has me confused now......

Saw something on tv saying there is evidence that pairing of different head coloured gouldians produces a lean towards males being born.

Must try and find my you tube copy of the catalyst doco on matings between blacks/reds ...vaguely remember smaller clutches or infertile eggs ....guess the adult ADHD has kicked in again or could it be alzheimers.....maybe just C CRAFT. For you youngins CRAFT means Cant Remember A Frikkin Thing.
