Hi does anyone use diatomaceous earth in finch aviaries ?

If you are thinking that it removes intestinal worms forget it, there is no evidence that it will.
It does however kill exo skeleton insects by getting into joints and cutting them to shreads like fine glass I believe.
I put in nesting boxes but after the birds had built their nest and raised young there was still small creepy crawlies in it so waste time imo

Thanks for the advice I am going to try it to get rid of ants and cockroaches
