Just wanted to share this email here to see if any AFF members had some thoughts about this initiative:
We (Hills and Fleurieu Landscape Board) are undertaking large scale restoration work on the Fleurieu for this and other threatened species. I am interested in exploring the feasibility of captive breeding. Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Megan Harper

I know a couple of breeders with them or have had them. My off sider Derek and David Myers who is not a forum member who l could put touch with.
There's a few others who had disastrous results with them. I would like to specialise in them as well but my first choice was Red Eared Firetails and that wasn't very successful so gave up on the breeding both species although the urge is still there.

I have just activated Megan Harper Team Leader from Nature Hills SA so she should be able to be in contact with myself and others. Please watch to approve her first post Mods.
