Hello!
Can anyone tell me what mutation does this zebra finch have?
Thanks!

Sex linked fawn - just on the visual. But the unevenness of the colour is a little different. Can you take a couple more pics in different light?

Definately a hen. Type as above. Crowding in sales boxes can cause scruffiness - she should come good fairly soon.

I know that I don’t know anything about mutations, but tried to look for few pictures of fawn zebra finch, and they look almost all greyish, while she seems like a white zebra finch with greyish-brownish wings, back and the top of the head. The tail is whitish and brownish, not like the ancestral mutation which is black and white. Finally, she doesn’t almost have the black “tears” running down the eyes
Do you think that she could be a fawn penguin?
I tried to look for fawn zebra finch pictures and she a picture of a penguin fawn showed up. Since I don’t know anything, i could be wrong, but she really looks like them…

Ah - that's what is different about her. Sorry - slightly misleading you due to the light in the pictures.
Your description has now explained the confusion.
She is a pied fawn. The white pied feathering has covered the teardrop markings.
