Red head is dominant over orange/yellowhead.
But redhead can also be split for orange/yellowhead.
So the answer to what you will get is in their genes.
Cross them, you may get redheads or orange/yellow, or both.

Yes
Combining these pairs (mixing/swapping) will get your result.

Yellow Head Yellow Back cock to Red Head Green Back hen = Red/Yellow Head Single Factor Yellow cock and Red/Yellow Head Yellow Back hens

Red Head Green cock to Yellow Head Yellow Back hen = Red/Yellow Head Single Factor Yellow cock and Red/Yellow Head Green Back hens

Or the other way to answer is, mixing these pairs will result in
All cock birds produced will be Single Factor (from both pairs)
One pair will produce Yellow back hens
The other pair will produce Green back hens
All birds will be visual Red head split yellow head (excluding FB's statement above).
