I need advice my hen gouldian is making funny clicking noises and whimpering like a puppy in her sleep? And I suspect it's air sac mites I've only had gouldians for about a week so I'm too scared to try medicine or anything but will it just go away? I need help

Treat them with Ivamectin - or Moxi - your local bird vet will be able to supply this.
It is a regularly used medication in the bird world and effective.
If you do not treat the bird will pass it on to her mate and things will get worse.
