I WILL NOT PEEP IN THE GOULDS NEST BOX . I WILL NOT PEEP IN THE GOULDS NEST BOX . I WILL NOT PEEP IN THE GOULDS NEST BOX . Sheesh I can hear them but I cant see them , I just know theres babies in there.

Congrats.... My gouldians used to let me look in the box every day and i could hold the chicks aswell.... until i sold them

I get help from some of my waxbills to prevent me peeking into nests. I cant go within a couple of metres of a rccb or orange breast nest without them abandoning it, having to keep away from these means I cant go near the gould nests either.

yeh 1pr of my goulds lets me look. but i normaly wait till bout 10days after hatchen.

Not too long to wait Deb, 3 weeks from hatch to fledge and if you can hear them already you are nearly there.

Dont think Dolly (mum) would mind but Lucky (dad) is doing most the work and is not as friendly. Ill wait

I got the emblemas to annoy if I get to desperate

nope am having great self control ....Ill annoy the parrots , they dont seem to mind at all
