non-stop ruddies

I have just been out checking my birds to discover three Ruddy babies I wasn't expecting
. I had taken down their nest after the last batch as it was their third and thought I had keep a close eye on them for any nesting activity.
Then I started thinking ( yes it did hurt )
that their last babies aren't that old and on checking my records they fledged 51/2 weeks ago. Then on more date checking they are fledging babies every 6 weeks.
Is this normal? or are my Ruddies just out of control.
The hen must be laying straight after (if not before) the babies fledge. What would be the earliest that I could remove a parent that are feeding fledglings? As i think that is the only way I will stop them breeding.
