I wouldnt have said deprived, more like none of you can get along with your neighbours. so you all choose to live 100's of km's apart

With all this space it would be nice if we could all have 10 or 20 acre blocks that we could afford.
However most of us are still on 1000 - 400 mtrs square in citys and towns, with neighbours (hopefully nice ones) just over the fence.
