My male White Breasted Red Headed Gouldians(normal back) all have the red line between yellow and white.
I thought that was normal.
While on mutations, I have some pied Fawn Javas are there many of these around.

they are pretty common . it actually been lost in most birds in captivity. all wild birds have this redline sepperating the purple and the yellow . because most birds have lost this trait they are trying to put it back . i had goulds about 5 years ago 99% had the red bar.... as far as i know there the same as normals but someone out there is itching to prove me wrong.....pete

That would be an australian yellow gouldian. I bred a few myself last season that are identical to that. The australian yellow mutation can sometimes have a dirty white breast. I haven't been breeding australian yellows long enough to know if that is desirable or not.
