Can someone explain to me what the significance of the New member, Hatching etc is above the avatar. Just noticed I am now a hatching?

From what i can gather, when u write a certain amount of posts your 'description' (i guess u could call it that) changes, kind of like a ranking. Just about every forum I've used has one .

How come I'm a fledgling and I only have 68 or so posts under me belt then?

I would say the amount of posts to get to a new Avatar have been changed,Since this was the only info i could find.Admin may have access to the newer default settings.

gomer is correct, the rankings have been changed a little since they were first set up.
they will probably change again sometime in the future.
