Do Gouldians develop "Egg Bum"?

Do Gouldian hens develop "Egg Bum" before they are going to lay? You know that characteristic hump at the start of their tail? One of my red head hens has spent a lot of time in the nest box in the last week or so and has the hump which makes me wonder if she is about to do something? Fingers crossed...
