for those of you who use a laptop. Im thinking of buying a refurbed Acer aspire 3680. After charging the battery and using the laptop till it turns itself off it lasts about an hour. Is this a normal amount of time Gomer said in the chat box that he reckons the battery is on its way out.
I know a lot depends on what power scheme you use (Im on power saver) and on any attachments e.g. mouse and what is running in the background (I have a mouse attached for ease of use and looks like Im running minimum stuff...as far as the task bar is telling me anyway)
This wont be my main computer and I dont have any plans to be too far away from an electrical point so Im not too concerned but I have been told that it is a fairly new battery
