Delete this post please as the subject has been brought up in another post. Was trying to broach subject on the quiet but seems I wasnt the only one to get the bodgy email.

Just checked my email . . . email supposedly from Diane asking for money . . . has all the earmarks of a scam. . Could the real Diane or another moderator put out an alert on this

Yes I have been hacked but as far as I can tell only in my yahoo mail account. Unfortunately that is where I had all my email addresses for all you guys on the forum for the newsletter mailout.

I have posted a warning in another topic.

I will kill the person responsible for this if I get my hands on them. I have given Yahoo a suspect email address that I have never seen before so hopefully they can track the idiot down.

Thats good Di i was worried they may have been going right through your pc ..anyhow under control now.

Unfortunately this is a scam that consumer affairs localy have put out an alert in the local paper about, it is routed through several e-mails and servers and can only be traced to the country of oragin. Is also chatting people on chat sites and using similar I'm up the creek need a loan techniques.
