:( I went down to see the kids for 3 days and came home to. 1 dead Orange breasted cock. Anyone in the City got one I can buy off them next week when I come back down? The nest of Bengos and the nest of Zebs (fancy) had both fledged. 2 of the 3 Bengo chicks were dead one on the floor and one had gone swimming in the water bowl. The Zebs are fine. :D Think the fledglings must of not gone back in their nest and sucumed to the cold. Blowed if I can see why the Orange Brested cock died but. The perils of winter.
