The biggest pain when it comes to placing a photo online, especially forums is the limit as to what size you can put on here.
Thought I'd share this tool with you people as it makes resizing photos as simple as a right click.
For people with Windows XP you download it from the microsoft website here (Called Image Resizer)

For people with Vista or Windows 7 you can use a third party program that works exactly the same. (Microsoft didn't bring out any power toys for Vista & 7)

Supports 32bit and 64 bits Windows.
Once downloaded and installed, you can resize photos at a right click and there is a custom size option in there as well. To meet the 640 x 480 pixel count you just gotta calculate the 6 x 4 ratio.
