They have acquired a 21 year lease of a hall to call home. All good so they send out researchers to start taking numbers when someone notices that at 6.30 every morning Goulds gather on the lawn of the council offices to drink from the auto water system , Several flocks from a dozen to over 50 and 1 flock of 25 adults and over 100 young.
The council offices are right in the middle of town , might explain why numbers are low in the surrounding areas , they have got smart and hit town for a drink.
