Hey just wondering is November grass is any good.

When you say November Grass you may get a variation in answers.
There are several types of grasses called this depending on what area the information is comming from.
Are you talking about feeding a green seeding grass to your birds or dry for nesting.
Generally speaking any grass with fine seed heads provided it is fresh and clean will be good for the birds.
The grass we collect here in summer is called Nov.Grass by some, we call it swamp grass and it is picked semi dry or dry and it is by far our main choice for nesting material. We bag it and store it for use the following year.

Good gear it is.Found in Victoria during late summer is best for nesting material.
