Size difference?

probably not. My hen was always a bit fatter than my male, despite the fact I separated them and fed him more, he just wouldn't fatten up to size. Anyway, they bred 6 young very nicely.

Mostly they are similar sizes, but a bit either way is neither here nor there. Have had success with pairs regardless of who is biggest.
