Good luck Poitta , I lucked out with my kids , they did it up until puberty then they just lost it

Grandkids are my best bet now though at their ages 5 ,3 ,1 the poor birds wouldnt stand a chance .

I've got a little OSCAR it's like a miniature chopper/blender. It can even do small quantity mixes (1 egg) and sits on the bench all the time for all sorts of general cooking chopping/ blending also has attachments like a full sized blender. You can sometimes pick them up from garage sales or swap meets and they are very reasonably priced.

I use the garlic crusher, its a bit on the small size, the eggs have to be quartered to fit in but its better than the price of the potato ricers.

It makes nice little wormy eggs. Not too messy either.
