I've got a little OSCAR it's like a miniature chopper/blender. It can even do small quantity mixes (1 egg) and sits on the bench all the time for all sorts of general cooking chopping/ blending also has attachments like a full sized blender. You can sometimes pick them up from garage sales or swap meets and they are very reasonably priced.

I use the garlic crusher, its a bit on the small size, the eggs have to be quartered to fit in but its better than the price of the potato ricers. :o It makes nice little wormy eggs. Not too messy either.
