Just come back from feeding and general cleanout of the aviary and I seam to have a female zeb that is just sitting on the ground not wanting to fly away from me even when I'm in there. I have been watching her for about 30min and still no flight?? I have placed some fresh feed on the ground near her, but is this normal or should I be worried???

personally, I'd be worried. is she fluffed up? it seems like the classic 'sick bird' sign.
have you got a hospital cage?

yes there is reason for concern ...scoop her up and put her inside if you can , then you can monitor her closely for any other symptoms ..just somewhere quiet and warm will do .
Some food and water , spark if you have it and see how she goes.

Yes a bit fluffed up, still not flying the male is visiting her but no flight, bouncing around the bottom a little, eyes seam to be closed like having asleep.

yes, definitely sick with something - best to get her out of the aviary as soon as possible, like Deb said.

The rest seam fine, very strange. They all seamed fine though this morning so not sure what went wrong. Contacted the place where I got her from and notified them, they said that they will replace her which will make her partner happy. Even though I noticed he had moved in on to the other hen in the aviary much to the disappointment of the other cock bird!

Keep a close eye on the rest of them for a while , if the sick one was recently moved into the aviary you may have some funky contagion happening ...hard to know so go worse case and watch them closely for any signs of anything unusual.
